Villa Cazian, Dalyan, Turkey,  a brand new villa completed in May 2007..

Situated 15 minutes walk from the centre of the beautiful fishing village of Dalyan with its riverside, restaurants and shops.  The villa set in its own private garden has stunning views of the mountains and is finished to a very high standard.

The villa has three double bedrooms (two with double beds and one twin room), two bathrooms (one en-suite) and a downstairs toilet.  It also has two private upstairs balconies and a large decked balcony which is ideal for sunbathing or watching the sun go down ‘’or come up!’’.

Outside there is a large swimming pool, a separate paddling pool which is ideal for small children as well as an outside shower and barbecue. There are 6 sun-loungers with padded cushions as well as a table and 6 chairs for outside dining. There is also a car port .

Inside, the villa has every possible convenience to provide you with a home from home.  Fully air conditioned it also has a real log fire, comfortable three piece (the sofa converts into a double bed), separate indoor dining area (seating 6), dishwasher, washing machine, full-size oven, hob and grill, large fridge/freezer, TV, DVD & Music centre.

• If you're feeling energetic and would like to explore the area around Dalyan there are 2 mountain bikes
  for your use which are stored in the pool house, along with inflatables and snorkling kit for use in the pool.
