What a fantastic place for a 2 week stay..Just got back from Cazian and we were more than pleased with the Villa, very clean, very spacious and only a 15 minute walk to restaurants and the beautiful boat harbour (A must for picturesque views day and night)..
Excellent food and very friendly locals who are not at all pushy in restaurants.
What a great time we had and there were 6 of us. Pool was spotless and a great size for us all. Please try the Patio restaurant, one of the first you come to walking into town..
Say hello to WOSS and Ahmed from ZOHAN and Rambo lol..Great guys..
Quickest way to town was Right out of villa to end of road then left and follow the road for 15 or so minutes, keep walking to find numerous shops and the boat trips..
A special thankyou must go to Aydin who was there every morning to give us ideas and set up trips for us..Anything you need, he's your man.
Thanks Ian and Carol for a wonderful stay in your villa and we will visit again..
May 2009
We visited Dalyan 2 years ago and decided to return again as we love the area and feel very safe with our 4 children, we chose Villa Cazian as no apartments had big enough rooms for our family of 6.
the villa was clean and spacious and exactly what was described, which was great, as you cant always trust write ups !
Everyone was very helpful and the villa was only a 10 minute walk to the main centre with bars along the way if your thirst cant hold out, the villa has a great location in a nice quite area with excellent neighbours that were very helpful .
Hoping to return again,
many thanks Ian and Carol
8th - 22nd Sept 2008. We have holidayed together as a foursome for many years, Zena & Helen are sisters, and we like to try different places. Over the years we have had some OK holidays and some really great holidays. Villa Cazian and Dalyan certainly fall in the latter category. The Villa is excellent helped by good advice and assistance from Ian & Carol and as for Dalyan what can we say that has not already been said – just great! Certainly try the Cardak restaurant if you like steaks – out of this world, plus they will pick you up at the villa and take you home after!
We found this to be a very friendly and relaxing holiday the turkish people are very friendly and polite. the position of the villa is excellent. only a short walk into the main areas. a nice assortment of boat trips at very resonable prices. the food is second to none in a wide variety of restaurants .A very memorable holiday.
We had another brill week in Dalyan this June to celebrate my birthday. The villa and pool were fantastic and apart from the missing post office, Dalyan was just as I remembered it. Cant wait to come back next year........ or even this year if I can.
What a wonderful place to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary! The villa was lovely - facilities, environment, atmosphere - everything was so relaxing. Dalyan itself is a very laid-back, interesting and friendly place. Thanks Ian and Carol for a brilliant place to spend a holiday.

2 The people so friendly, it was so refreshing in this day and age
3 The local area and views, what can u say, if you're fed up with looking at concrete hotels on package deals and want a hassle free safe holiday, this is the one for u with fantastic views .
4 Restaurants ,bars and shopping... plenty of choice with a excellent range of produce available and better priced than your euro zone countries.
5 Boat trips to beach and lakes ,very good value with amazing views of dalyan and reedbeds and good blue crab fishing
6 The weather, what can u say it beats the western med any day.
7 The transfers to and from dalyan excellent prompt efficient service
8 The neighbours fantastic, very friendly helpful and a pleasure to be in their company, with a wide knowledge of dalyan.
9 1st class support on booking and helpfull hints from Ian and Carol
10 If you have not been to turkey but namely dalyan you do not know what you are missing, but do'nt tell everyone as you want to keep its beauty available to a select audience
Set in a lush delta behind one of the world's top ten beaches, Dalyan has everything for a family holiday.
The town is safe for kids, the people are extremely friendly and no one hustles you like they do in Bodrum and other Turkish resorts.
Just sit in the shade under the trees in the main square, sip an apple tea and listen to the sounds of the orient and you will return again and again.
This was our fourth visit as a family and what made it so special was having a villa to ourselves.
The villa itself is completely private, brand new and absolutely spotless. The pool is nice and large and everything works including the dish washer and the excellent air-conditioning.
We spent a week just chilling by the pool and building up our tans, hired a car for the second week and explored this beautiful part of turkey, then hit the beach for the last few days and got really brown.
It was a lovely holiday and we will be back next year.

Just got back from Dalyan, first time we've been and definately not the last. The villa was absolutely magnificent, clean , well laid out and very comfortable. It is situated in a very peaceful picturesque area of Dalyan only 10-15 minutes walk from the town, the town itself is fab, people are very friendly food is cheap and there are a big variety of shops for souvenirs , food, clothes etc..the boat trips are excellent value and a must. I could ramble on for hours about our holiday in Dalyan, but just to end, you must go and see for yourself what an amazing place it is, you will feel at home from the minute you arrive,

Loved it, very relaxing trip. So easy to spend the days by the pool or in the shade. Guys at Tin Tins Bar were awesome for organising the 12 Island trip. Dalyan market was great, loads of bargains..
